Shintsuchi (Japanese: 新土 shintsuchi lit. "New Land"), officially the Free Peoples of the Shintsuchi Nation (Japanese: 新土国の自由な人々 shintsuchi koku no jiyū na hitobito) is a country roughly 15,000 blocks from Spawn.
Etymology
Shintsuchi is the rōmaji (Roman transliteration) of 新土, a compound of Japanese 新 shin "new" and 土 tsuchi "land". Its name is based off Novaterra, which is a compound of Latin "nova" (new) and "terra" "land".
History
Shintsuchi was founded on 08/02/2024.
Politics
Shintsuchi is based off a set of policies collectively known as Shintsuchiism. It promotes a worker-owned market economy, self-government, and anti-war pacifism.
Foreign policy
Shintsuchi is a member of the Comintern.
It has voluntarily given up the right to declare war.

Shuto (首都 lit. "capital city") is the capital of Shintsuchi. It is located in a cherry blossom forest. It is divided into two parts: Naka (中, lit. "center"), and Azuma (東 lit. "east").

Seisan (生産 lit. "production" is a planned industrial and manufacturing complex southeast of Shuto.
Yama
Yama (山 lit. "mountain") is a planned mining town and power production centre, west of Shuto.
Kita
Kita (北 lit. "north") is a planned town north of Shuto.
Industry
Shintsuchi has plans to become an industrial power.
Transport
Shintsuchi has plans for Shintsuchi Rail, an extensive tram network to connect the various settlements, as well as an under-construction road network.
It will connect to the rest of Elysia through the Soto (外 lit. "outside") train lines connecting to the Northern Interchange and the Union of Socialists.
Symbolism
Shintsuchi has various national symbols.
Flags
Shintsuchi has two flags: one peacetime and one wartime. The flags are described in Shintsuchi's constitution.
- The peacetime flag of Shintsuchi features a gold pile from the hoist to the centre of the flag and white calligraphy on the fly, reading「新土国の人々が永久な自由を願う!」.
- The wartime flag of Shintsuchi features a dark per pale on the hoist on a red field, with black calligraphy on the fly reading「侵略者は新土の自由盗ってできない!」.
The peacetime flag translates to "May the people of the Shintsuchi nation be eternally free!", and the wartime flag translates to "The invaders are unable to take Shintsuchi's freedom!".
Chop
The Shintsuchi Chop is the national seal and emblem of Shintsuchi. A chop is a type of East Asian seal.
The chop reads

which roughly translates to
May the people
of Shintsuchi
be forever free.
Anthem
The anthem is the Shintsuchi March, a modified version of the Warship March of the Japanese navy.
