Elysian Syndicate

The Elysian Syndicate is a superstate proposed by the EPWF that covers the entirety of Elysia, divided up in self-governing anarchist and libertarian communes. Although the EPWF in itself follows anarchism without adjectives, each commune may follow their own anarchist system (excluding anarcho-capitalism)
