The following list is a list of all currently existing countries.

Status types

For the aid of defining sovereignty, it has been divided into three categories.

• Full - the country is de facto independent and has full undisputed control over claimed territories.
• Partial - although the country is de facto independent, there are territories claimed that are under the de facto control of another country.
• Zero - the country is not de facto independent.
