Territory

In the war rules, a territory is a region in which a battle takes place. Each territory has an individual banner which must be defended by the state that occupies the region. There is no particular way to define a territory, but are typically based on existing subdivisions of states or geography. If a subdivision is too large to be a territory, it is split into two, for example, East and West Penis Country.
A disputed territory is a territory in which no party holds control over, and a battle must take place to define who controls it.
