The Novaterran Locomotive and Carriageworks (abbreciated NL&C) was a factory complex situated in New Ruhr, Novaterra.
The NL&C complex is the sole supplier of rail equipment to Elysia (GER and ARC), being used to create track, locomotives and rolling stock.
